Returns/Exchanges/Damages

If you do make a full price purchase from us and the item becomes damaged or you would like to return or exchange it for any reason, please let us know ASAP.

- Exchanges and refunds of new items must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Items must have tags still attached and be free of any odors, stains, pet hair, etc.
- We understand that damages may happen. Please provide the original purchase receipt with the damaged item.
- Any returns, exchanges or damages must have been purchased directly from Finley & Co boutique within 90 days.
- Anything returned is subject to in store credit at the current listing price of item.
